This two level home naturally flows for large families to have privacy with plenty of sleeping options. Three outdoor porches let your guests spread out. Ample parking for four cars with the beach less than 5 min away. If you are looking for a more relaxing, private property while having access to Destin and 30A restaurants and beaches, then The Cypress Sunset is a great choice. Cypress Dunes is a hidden treasure located on Destin side of Scenic Highway 30A. The Cypress Dunes community is not your typical rental neighborhood, as there are many full time families that are quiet and keep the community pristine. This community is great for walking and bikes as there are trails and boardwalks throughout. Cypress Dunes is nestled between Topsail State Park Nature Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Cypress Dunes does not have direct access to the beach due to the beautiful and protected State Park dunes. The local beach access is within biking distance or a short 3-5 minute drive from the development - take your pick from any of the public beach accesses along Highway 30A. The host was very responsive to our requests and questions. He promptly responded with a service call for the AC unit and followed up with communication to ensure that the issue had been resolved. My child has allergies and unfortunately we could quickly tell that the house could use a thorough cleaning; layers of visible dust on ceiling fan blades, on top of refrigerator, window ledges, door slats, and floor corners. There was a mixup as the checkin time was to be 3 pm local time, but the code for us was not set to be used until after 4 pm. The upstairs A/C intermittently cut out, but the owner sent someone to fix the following day, and was very good about communicating the repair persons arrival time. House has two rooms with bunk beds, would recommend for folks traveling with lots of kids. ##### Lacey T.
