Welcome to Sunny Daze at Beachwood Villas—a breezy, sunlit condo tucked along Florida’s iconic 30A. Whether you’re here for a romantic beach retreat or a casual trip with family or friends, this thoughtfully appointed one-bedroom unit is designed to help you relax, recharge, and make the most of your time on the coast. With space for up to four guests, an open-concept layout, and a walk-out patio, it’s the ideal home base for your next seaside escape.  
  
Situated in the charming Beachwood Villas complex, you’ll be just a 5-minute walk from the sugar-white sands and turquoise waters of the Gulf. Spend the day swimming, sunbathing, or strolling along the shoreline. When you’re ready for a bite or a bit of local flavor, head to nearby Seaside—less than 10 minutes by car—for shopping, dining, and live music. Right on the property, you’ll also have access to two outdoor pool areas, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a playground, and grilling stations—perfect for low-key afternoons without ever leaving the grounds.  
  
Inside, the condo features a full-sized kitchen with everything you need to cook, dine, and gather. The dining table comfortably seats four, and the bright, open living area includes a large TV, comfortable recliner, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The ground-floor patio fills the space with natural light and offers easy access to the outdoors, whether you're sipping your morning coffee or winding down after a day at the beach.
