The location in Santa Rosa was very close to many wonderful restaurants and local sights. Being right next door to The Perfect Pig was great for breakfast. Also, the beach access was relatively easy to access from our ground unit. An item of note for future, the beach only allows umbrellas with “one point of contact” and does not allow any type of cabana or canopy. The unit had several umbrellas and chairs to use. Unfortunately, the pool which was located directly outside our room (and a reason we booked this property) was out of service with a note on the fence indicating it needed to be resurfaced. That was information I wish we would have had before arriving and being disappointed. Otherwise, the unit was clean enough, but the couch and chair was not very comfortable for lounging on and the beds weren’t very comfortable. These issues weren’t enough to warrant a negative review, but could have been improved upon. ##### Christy H.
