We enjoyed the golf cart and loved the front porch. There are tons of great beach chairs and beach umbrellas that we used daily. My only complaint is that we felt a little cramped. We had 6 adults and 2 teens and it was difficult to all get comfortable at night in the living room area to watch movies. In addition, the LSV (golf cart) allows you to easily get to the beach and all of the kids loved riding in it. If you have more than six like we did, the watercolor trolley can pick you up. They have an app and it is like uber. Everything is super easy and well done in the community and this house easily houses 6 adults and 4 kids.
