It’s really a 3 bedroom with twin bunks thrown into a small office (no closet or dresser) and a sleeping dorm with a bunch of bunks in a basement that you need to walk through to get to the beach. The living area does not really accommodate large groups. Even though the house is beach front, the beach is shared by the entire gated community. Be aware that this is a restricted beach area with a lot of rules (no tents, they want you to use their chairs/umbrellas, etc.). Also, it is adjacent to a very busy public beach access. ##### Lynette M. H. No broom in house so had to contact management company to get one delivered. Also there are only 3 outlets in the kitchen and 2 of them went out.
