It was very roomy and the office off the great room was great if you have to work any on vacation. We enjoyed the screened in porch. The walk to beach was short, but if you have a cart there are four flights of stairs to get down to the beach. That is just something to know if you have any relatives that are unable to get downstairs. The beach was not crowded and is part of a private beach area. Nancy was very quick to answer any questions. The only thing is and not really a negative was that the maintenance company just needs to replace light bulbs when out, the faucet broke off in the kitchen, and the dishwasher was not working and we had to handwash everything. There is a grill and we used several times, I feel if you use you should clean, but before we used it we had to scrub the grate it was so dirty. The cleaning/maintenance company should probably check that.after rental. Overyall, it was a great place and very quiet neighborhood. We would recommend this property. ##### Shelly G. Could have stayed on the screened porch, loved the loc. & privacy. Neighborhood is quaint and serene. The property had everything we needed. Very clean and decor was perfect! Loved our stay! Would highly recommend! We rented bikes and rode to Seaside, Watercolor and through Seagrove. The beach access may be more of a walk than some visitors may want. It came perfectly equipped with all kitchen needs and comfortably accommodated our 6 guests. The owners were quick to respond to questions and left clear instructions inside.
