    Welcome to The Dune Retreat, your serene coastal sanctuary! This 8-bedroom, 8-bathroom home boasts 4,500 sqft of luxury, featuring a modern shipping container pool and spa, a game room, and a cozy movie room. Nestled among trees, you’ll enjoy privacy while listening to ocean waves and birds chirping!



    Peak-season scheduling: During spring break, summer, and holiday periods, we prioritize stays that fit within a single Saturday-to-Saturday rental week. Arrival and departure days can be flexible within that week, provided the minimum stay is met. For example, Saturday–Thursday or Sunday–Saturday may work well.



    If your preferred dates cross a Saturday into the following rental week, please message us before booking so we can confirm whether we can accommodate them.

Best place we have ever stayed. Every detail imaginable was taken care of. The communication with Justin was top notch. Can’t say enough good things about the house. Lots of an attention to detail. The pool was the kids favorite and the golf cart was so helpful for the short ride to the beach. Beautifully decorated and just the best place to stay! We will be back!

Perfection in every way!

The Dune Retreat was incredible for our family of 17. This luxurious home is so unique and beautiful with large gathering spaces, super nice kitchen for cooking and eating in, large bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean, and the elevator was a plus. The pool/spa was great and the game room and movie room were used a lot! Having 3 decks was wonderful...the kids could swim on the first floor, and on the third floor deck, you could read where it was quiet. We even had an outdoor movie night with our grandkids on the 3rd floor deck. The 6 seat golf cart was a bonus! Everything was fantastic! I can not say enough nice things about Justin and Meg. They were the most gracious, kind, and attentive hosts ever! Justin immediately answered every inquiry I had in the months before our trip. We called a couple of times during our stay, and he, Meg, and Jeremy came right away to address our concerns and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. This was the perfect choice for our wonderful family vacation!!!

The Dune Retreat was absolutely AMAZING! We took a group of high school seniors and parents to celebrate Graduation & Senior Trip! They had EVERYTHING we needed and then some! The house was beautiful and the golf cart was an added delight! The location to the beach was fantastic and we loved the neighborhood and views of the ocean from the "birds nest" while we drank our morning coffee. The container pool was an added to cool off in! Justin and his brother were gracious hosts and their communication was great! The early arrival and wonderful note and cookies left for our seniors was really thoughtful and kind. I would highly recommend this house and these hosts! We will be back! :-)
