Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Loved that the home had all king beds with ensuite baths. (One extra room that we didn't use also had twin and bunk bed configuration). Very close walking distance to the beach. Golf cart (LSV) included. Home was beautifully appointed, squeaky clean, with plenty of space to hang out or play games. Pool with 3 water spout fountains was enjoyable as well!
