The home is located in the quaint neighborhood of Tresca Place in Seagrove beach. 'Vista del Mare' is a quick, 6 minute walk to the beach at the Walton Dunes public beach access. The Tresca Place neighborhood also has a community pool that guests are welcome to use. The home is ideal for a family needing plenty of room to spread out and an eye for modern finishes you would more likely find in a luxury hotel than a beach home. This modern home has all the convenience you'll need for a scenic 30A vacation. Entering the home, you're greeted with white oak flooring and crisp clean lines throughout. The shades of whites and grays give off a modern, yet timeless feel to the home. The first floor has a queen sized bedroom with an ensuite that has a separate tub and shower. The tufted headboard and soft palate coloring are perfect compliments to a restful night of sleep. A set of French doors lead out to the home's private pool. The pool is the perfect size for a quick dip to cool off from the heat of the day. Sure to be a hangout area for the younger guests, a small family room completes the rest of the lowest level. The second floor of the home consists of three bedrooms. Two King bedrooms with balcony access from both and a shared bathroom with a separate tub and shower. For the younger guests, the bunk room on the second floor is sure to be full of activity. With four total beds (two separate bunks), and an area for watching TV, this will be a perfect spot to relax away the evening. This room comes with an ensuite full bathroom. The third floor to this beach side retreat holds the main living space for the home. An open concept living, dining and kitchen area make it the hub of the entire home. This gourmet kitchen is sure to please the chef in your family. The Italian marble, waterfall style kitchen island anchors the room with it's perfect placement for entertaining. The dining room's modern, sophisticated feel with it's ghost chairs and sleek white table is sure to bring any meal up a notch when it comes to refinement. The living room's plush couches are perfect for sinking into after a long day exploring up and down scenic highway 30A. The peak of the home on the fourth floor offers us the king sized master bedroom retreat. With a wall of windows and French doors leading to a private balcony, this oasis is sure to please. The soft grays and whites continue in the master suite leading to a calming effect on your senses. It will be hard to pull yourself away from comfort and relaxation of the gray tufted bed but being able to view the enchanting waters of Gulf may offer a little motivation. However, the wet bar under the large TV allows for you to stay in your master suite for as long as you would like. The master ensuite bathroom with its clean lines, refined finishes and Italian marble is the perfect accompaniment to the suite. When you are ready to go to the beach, you are a 6 minute walk from the Walton Dunes public beach access. You can also ride one of the 5 included beach cruiser bikes to make the trip even quicker. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional clean charges. \- Beach access located at the Walton Dunes Public Beach Access. 6 minute walk Pool/Spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th. Reservation/Booking Policy \- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking \- Except for a $250 cancellation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM \- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Each had its own bath! Lots of room. The location to beach was good but parking in this one cul de sac was tough. Lots of cars. Difficult to park and back up the way neighbors parking is. We only had 3 cars and it was a challenge. We were disappointed in pool not because it was small but because it needed attention as well as area surrounding pool area. Nice hikes for use. They had beach chairs. The washer needed cleaning. Our clothes smelled horrible after using and I looked in rim etc and it was loaded with gunk. I reported to property management. The Dunes realty were very responsive to our questions! Never an issue with them. ##### Kathy W. We enjoyed the layout which allowed for multiple families to to have private space. The elevator was especially helpful for my dad who has trouble walking! The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We used a golf cart for back and forth trips to the beach also a short bike ride. You do have some views of the ocean from the home! The rental agency was especially responsive with our issues and was able to resolve them quickly. The property manager visited us personally with some supplies needed and brought muffins. We greatly appreciated her help. Our top floor AC went out and was fixed within the day. The rental agency brought fans to help! The kitchen was missing a few items such as dish towels and hot pads which were brought to us the same day when requested. We felt like the kitchen could have been a bit better stocked. Also, could have used another ice maker as there is only one in the refrigerator which was slow to make ice. Even after the AC was fixed it was somewhat still warmer in the bunk room. My kids did sleep with two portable fans on them. Overall we were happy with the home, property manager, and location! ##### Sean B. Super clean, modern, spacious house with generously sized bedrooms. 5 bikes included, 10 beach towels, beach chairs and a few beach toys. It’s a 5 minute walk or 2 minute bike ride to the public beach access. Smallish pool (with option to heat for additional $) that’s great for a dip after the beach. Only con of the whole house is that it’s a 4 story “upright” house so LOTS of stairs. We all got a good calf workout. I’d stay there again without question. ##### James S. Check in and communication with the property manager was outstanding. Plenty of room to spread out. Only complaints are: 1\. need new cookware, very worn and warped. 2\. The stairs can be very treacherous due to being all wood and slick. 2 of us fell the first night, no injuries, but slick. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!!! Since the house is new construction, it is very nice and clean. The rooms are big, the decks and pool are nice, and the amenities are what you would expect from a new house. The location of the house is perfect for getting to the beach, and the bikes available are a huge plus. Only issues we had were the Wi-Fi connection, which was very spotty - we had to reboot the router several times each day. This gave us a good excuse to keep the kids outside, though! The rental company said they would look to get that replaced when we left. Other than that, the kitchen could have a few more cooking bowls and service dishes. We cooked a lot of big meals, and sometimes we had to get creative in the cooking and serving process. Only other recommendation is changing out the deck rail slats with see-through slats. The deck rails were pretty much solid, so if you sat in the deck chairs, you could not see much if you are short! Other than those very minor issues, this was a wonderful stay in a wonderful spot.
