The proximity to the beach access was great, maybe a half mile/5 minute cart ride. The property was quiet and very clean. Access to the golf cart was great and worth it. Had some minor issues with the cart brake sensor but were able to get through the week, and management planned to have it checked. We took it to the beach each day and there was plenty of parking, even with a busy fall break crowd. You do have to cross an inlet that ranges from knee to waist high to get to the beach but it was well worth it. The inlet gave kids a large area to skim board and play in the water no matter the tide conditions. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. ##### Chris P.
