New in 2018, 91 San Juan is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4 balconies, and sleeps 10. It’s in the heart of Seagrove Beach, just 300 yards to beach access and 1.25 miles to Seaside.
Outside, the private pool is very inviting. And along with a large Green Egg grill, this is definitely a vacation highlight, an excellent area for the entire family to unwind. Overlooking the pool area is the screened-in back porch. This wonderful space, with a hanging day bed, can be accessed through the French doors in the open living area.
The interior is bright and charming, with high-end finishes, hickory wood floors throughout, 10' ceilings on both levels, and quartz countertops in the baths and in the gourmet kitchen, which includes commercial-grade KitchenAid appliances. The spacious dining area comfortably seats 8.
Nearby, a primary suite, king, has a private bath with large walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second floor hosts another primary suite, king, with a private bath, a large walk-in shower, and large soaking tub. This suite also has a private balcony. A third guest room, king, has a private balcony overlooking the pool and a shared full bath. The fourth guest room has two twin bunk beds (4 twin beds) and a shared bathroom. Welcome! Great beach vacation spot on 30A
We loved this house for our party of 10. Very spacious bedrooms and a very private back yard with a good sized pool. Walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and very close to grocery stores and shopping.

Loved this place!
Overall we had a great time. We especially liked the short walk to the beach, pool area, and screened in porch with swing. Rooms and kitchen were clean and comfortable. Bunk beds are not big enough for older teens and pool needed cleaning when we arrived. Otherwise it was a great week!

Friends and daughters girl trip
Very inviting home- very clean and well stocked in kitchen. Had complimentary household necessities to get us through first couple days. Close walk to beach access, close proximity to shopping/dining. Very safe area. Excellent attentiveness by host- great communication. Would definitely stay here again. We had three adult women and four 16 year old girls, so setup of beds -bedrooms worked perfect!

Amazing home, great location!
We enjoyed our stay at this home, perfectly located steps from the beach and about a mile from Seaside Square. The bedrooms/bathrooms were spacious and living space was great. Lovely porch and pool. 4 adult bikes were brand new! Property Manager was very responsive. Bring your own beach towels and chairs. We rented chairs/umbrellas easily on the beach.

Great Beach House
This house checked all of our boxes of the 7 of us. Kids always want a pool, this house has a very nice pool and a relaxing backyard. Walking to the beach each morning was so close - literally at the end of the street. No golf cart needed here. 5 minute bike ride to Seaside. Only negative I noticed was the gas grill, it was pretty nasty inside, and most interior components were rusted out or broke. They do have a green egg - which I did not use. Overall, we look forward to staying here again.

When we arrived the pool was dirty, I called the management company and they said they would send the pool company the next day. They did not come and it was never cleaned, no lights in the pool either. Just very disappointed in that since we payed way more to have a house with a pool. Couldn’t even sit outside in the screened in porch, it had no fans and you need one when it’s a 100 degrees outside( we had to go buy a fan to put out there). The house next door to it had a beautiful clean blue pool with lights and a patio with fans. We will stay there next time. The doors for the pantry and the main bath both fell down multiple times. They both need to be taken down, one almost fell on my child (very unsafe)!Overall, would NOT stay at this house again.

Everything is super except for the pool heater
Excellent location...3 minute walk to beach. Great floorplan for our 2 families. Outdoor area is nice, porches and balconies are a plus. The beds and tv situation was perfect...bathrooms were very nice and clean. I feel like the kitchen is ready for a replenish. Drinkware, silverware and pots and pans were all either minimal or beyond life expectancy. We were provided 4 bikes, two of which required some on the spot repair to make functional but not enough to need replaced. The only sore spot was the pool heater. Pool was cold when we arrived. We called and communicated for the next few days and it never got fixed. It took till day 4 to get someone qualified out, he said it had a bad part and we never heard another thing. I had kids staring at an ice cold pool all week asking me if it was going to be fixed. After reading thru the reviews I see it is a reoccurring issue. We understood we were rolling the dice on weather in April which is why we selected a house with a pool heater and paid for it. A refund was issued but had we known this we would have used a different property considering the time of year we were staying. Most disappointing is that the manual gas valve to the heater was closed on our arrival which tells me no one went out the day before or morning of our arrival to preheat the pool. So even if the heater was functional we would have probably been a day at least without heated water. Great property in all but you might be without a heated pool.

The property at 91 San Juan is in a great location and is very well maintained. The house is very clean and having the pool after a long day on the beach was nice. The only negative to our experience was the bridge/road construction less than 200 feet from the house that started every morning at 6AM. I had preferred to sleep in on vacation, but with large earth movers and heavy equipment starting early, it was impossible. I realize this is out of the owners control, but will be an issue until construction is complete.

We have now stayed at this property for 3 consecutive years. It continues to be exceptionally clean, well positioned (3-5min walk to beach; close proximity to several good restaurants and a fantastic fresh seafood market, Goatfeathers), and a perfect size for two, 4-person families. The private pool is ideal for our group.
Communication from the management company has always been courteous and professional. We have no complaints and intend to return again ASAP.

This great house with balconie's, screened in back porch and private pool had everything and more. It had plenty of room for us 6 adults. The bed's were very comfortable and linen's were clean and comfy. The location to the beach access and all the amenities was perfect! We highly recommend it and the Oversee company. We are already looking at their other location's to plan our next stay.

We stayed here one year before and the property was in good shape. This year the living/dining room furniture, porch furniture, and just the general condition of the home is in need of an upgrade. We love the area but the condition of the home needs improvement.

Great house for tall people
We had a girls’ trip at this house. It was great set up for us. We loved the screened in porch and spent a lot of time hanging out out there. It was a quick walk to the beach. We could walk easily to Seaside and biked to Alys Beach/Rosemary (although it was a 45 minute bike ride).
Overall, great experience. However, the house wasn’t built with short people in mind - all of the sinks and countertops were so tall!

Affordable rental with a great location
Compared to other properties in the area, this house was very reasonably priced. It was a short walk to the beach and close to nearby restaurants and Seaside Square. The only downside was that the heat in the pool was not working, which would’ve been nice to have since we were there in October and temperatures were usually cool. The house itself had large bedrooms, closets and a pantry, which was nice since we had three families staying there.

I have stayed in a few houses on 30A and this was my favorite. It is very close to the public beach access. The house is nice and well furnished. I would definitely stay in this house again. My only complaint is the covers on the dining room chairs and the sofa cover need to be laundered. White covers are not the best choice for a rental property.
