If you are looking for a relaxing get away located directly on an uncrowded stretch of white sand beach, your search is over! Sand in My Shoes offers gorgeous gulf views, fabulous accommodations and the perfect location on 30A! This newly renovated three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse sleeps 10 comfortably and is less than 50 yards from the door to the beach! Situated on the west end of five attached gulf front units, Sand in My Shoes offers gorgeous ocean views and breathtaking sunsets off two balconies directly overlooking the Gulf. This also makes it the closest unit to the private gated beach access stairs. There is one reserved spot directly in front of the unit with additional parking on site. You'll enter through the two story, open foyer where you will find a storage area for beach gear. Up 2 short flights of stairs you'll enter the main floor living area. Enjoy the modern updates in 5B. The main floor consists of an updated half bath and large well-appointed kitchen with new tile backsplash, new quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, floor to ceiling white cabinets, new island with seating for four, and a beautiful live edge wood table that seats 6\. In addition, new flooring was added throughout the main floor. The family room has a large LED TV, surround sound, DVD player, Bose Wave System, games, puzzles, books, DVDs and of course free Wi-Fi. The entire south wall is glass sliding doors allowing amazing views of the beach and ocean. The 2nd floor contains a large beach-side master suite with a king bed and updated bathroom with dual sinks and large tile shower. Both have fantastic ocean views through the wall of glass sliders opening to the large balcony. The 2nd floor balcony has 2 reclining chairs with ottomans to relax while taking in the sights, sounds and feel of panoramic ocean views from Panama City Beach in the east to Destin in the west. This floor also contains another large bedroom with 2 queen beds and attached updated bathroom. This 2nd bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the pool with an ocean view to the west. Both bedrooms have large closets and flat screen TVs. Laundry is located on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor bedroom/loft has 3 custom built-in twin extra-long beds with an additional twin trundle and built-in cabinet. Each bed has its own reading light and electrical outlet with two USB ports for charging all your devices. The loft includes a TV and DVD player. "Sand in My Shoes" is ideally located directly on a quieter stretch of 30A's world renowned beaches, away from all the crowds while only about a mile to the center of Seaside. Seaside and WaterColor are just short bike rides away. Centrally located in Seagrove, it gives you access to nature trails, biking and jogging paths, water sports, great dining and shopping. There are 10 restaurants less than a mile from "Sand in My Shoes" including Cafe Thirty-A, Surfing Deer, Seagrove Market Cafe, The Perfect Pig and Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta. Clean, well maintained and perfect for us. We did have a slight problem with Master Bath having an unpleasant odor after showers but solved the dilemma by running fan and closing bathroom door. Kitchen is well stocked with a double oven, nice sized fridge and plenty of bathroom towels and washcloths. Bring your own beach towels and take them up on beach chair rentals, the company they suggest is also wonderful. The management was prompt and responsive when we let them know about the odor. The unit had everything we needed and was clean. The A/C was not sufficient in the second bedroom and the loft. Fans and a portable A/C provided cooling and air flow to make those rooms comfortable. Adults, watch your heads in the loft. Suggestion - move the bike rack so that 5B guests can back their car out of the parking space. Overall, it was great. The credit for beach gear was nice. The company said that we had only $20 for each day of a 7 day stay, tho our rental agreement said we had $245\. Somehow I was charged about $13 for running over my credit, tho I did not. We searched for a full day for the things we had arranged to be delivered bc we were not told where they would be and then were given the wrong info. We were very pleased with our stay! The house was perfect for our family. We have 3 kids under 10 and the upstairs space was perfect for them but close enough to the master bedroom as well. There was an abundance of sand toys, a few beach chairs, an umbrella, one bicycle and a fishing pole, which was a nice surprise! We loved our view from the balcony and had perfect weather. Kitchen was well stocked and beautifully decorated. Loved having the end unit so we had very quick access to the beach and pool. The pool isn’t very large, but there was never anyone else in it when we used it so it worked out great! We received a credit from our booking to rent something from Vacayzen. Our experience with them was not great. They forgot half of our stuff and then took the whole day to bring it to us. Other than that we had a wonderful time! The layout worked well for our family and our three kids loved staying in the built-in beds in the loft. I could imagine that in the summer heat that loft gets quite toasty but it was not too much of an issue in March. Super easy access to the beach and the house had beach chairs, two bikes, and beach toys already there. Also had DVDs, games and lots of beachy novels stocked. Having the entry area where we could leave sandy items was also really nice. My only complaint was I would have loved a laundry basket and a broom/dust pan for sweeping up sand that snuck upstairs. The bed would squeak quite loud if you moved the slightest bit. It woke us up many times every night because every time you move the slightest, it squeaks. This might sound picky, but it's enough to make us not want to stay again. This is unfortunate because the unit besides that was excellent. But you need to be able to sleep all night! The bike tire had a hole in it. We called and a maintenance guy came and repaired it. However, I feel that should have been checked before we arrived. ##### Tracy D. So close to the beach we could call down to one another and wave. It was certainly the most well stocked property I have ever stayed in, with everything from blenders, pizza cutters, and a lemon juicer; and more than anything you would need for the beach: the most comfortable, easy to carry chairs, beach toys for the kids including body surfing boards, and 2 brand new comfortable bikes. The view from balcony is the best.....just a few feet from the sand! The rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. The bunk room is perfect for kids. Also, just a bike ride away from Seaside. The upstairs bunk room was great for the teenaged kids. My 87 year old grandmother came and the stairs were very easy for her to navigate. Everything we needed was there from items for the beach to the kitchen! The downstairs "beach" room was awesome! It had beach chairs, sand toys pool toys and 2 bikes! The owners even called me on Sunday to make sure everything was to my expectations that has NEVER happened at any of the other places I've stayed. The kitchen has everything you need. The master has a very comfortable mattress amd you can hear the waves break all night long if you choose to leave the door cracked. There are beach chairs and umbrellas. Oddly, I may miss the shower the most. Great pressure and ocean views. I am usually very critical of rentals if there is something wrong. I can't find a thing wrong with this place....perfect. ##### David S. It is beautifully decorated and the perfect amount of space for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen had everything we could need and is very organized. It is about a 5 min bike ride into Seaside which was great for our teenagers. The view from the balconies is amazing. The beach outside the condo is not crowded and they provide everything you could want on the beach. The weather was rather cold during our stay, but they have plenty of games and movies to keep the entire family entertained. We would definitely return. Thanks so much! ##### Brian S. The home was nicely decorated with lots of room for everyone to spread out. It had all the kitchen items we needed. Also included puzzles, games and books.
