Everything was comfortable and clean. The only negative would be the location of the beach we were able to use. The property is on the beach and there is an easy boardwalk to the beach, but there are people there telling you that you can’t set up your stuff there. This particular unit has a spacious floor plan that was super comfortable for our family of four (with 2 teens) and is nicely decorated. The porch was a favorite place to hang out and listen to the frogs, and the property’s beach access is a short walk away, offering a unique and fun experience near a coastal lake. Everything was convenient as far as walking to the the beach, the bikes, etc. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable. Guests do need to bring everything that you may need though besides linens. There were no trash bags or extra toilet paper or paper towels. The living area was a little small to accommodate a larger group but we made it work. The beach is a good ways away, but they do have a concierge golf cart service to take you there. When booking this property I didn’t realize the distance. There is also a small section of beach closer between the private beaches. I would suggest going out early or around lunchtime when people go in to eat.
