Our vacation was amazing. The house…not so much. Has a pretty bad cockroach problem. Staff said they sprayed the day before but there we hundreds daily. staff did offer to respect but was kind of put off. Said it’s a Florida thing like my concerns were stupid. Other rentals have never had bugs like this. Mainly in kitchen and basement. Staff also decided to clean carpets before we came. We were offered a day early check in but declined because of scheduling. So we headed a smidge early. Arrive at 3pm instead of 4pm check in. We were denied. Carpets were then wet from check in at 4pm until noon the next day. Outdoor shower does not work. The outdoor hose works. Shower does not. Major leak. Grill is jacked. Technically it lights but burners are falling apart and no deflectors. 2nd floor sliding door to deck sticks and doesn't open all the way. Also the lock is broken to it. 2nd floor toilet runs. Had to fix chain multiple times. Kitchen sink backs up, especially when dishwasher is running. Dishwasher does not clean properly. Internet/wifi was a joke! Would turn off and reboot constantly. Garbage all along the outside patio. Was only 1 pool key. Staff came and cleaned patio and gave us 2nd pool key. All vents in house have mold. There is a slight smell of mold in the house.
