Our spacious 3 bedroom and 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 10 and plenty of space for Fun. Upon entering our home, you'll find a lovely living room, complete with ample seating for your entire group. Kick back and relax as you watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV or step out onto the patio to enjoy the wooded views surrounding the property. The well-appointed kitchen boasts all the new stainless-steel appliances and all the essentials you need for preparing and serving delicious meals. With beach access just a short easement walks away, you'll be soaking up the sun and surfing in no time. Your safety matters. Ring doorbell with surveillance camera is located at the front door, facing away from the house. The camera does not look into any interior spaces, view of the front porch and driveway. Camera recordings are automatically removed after 7 weeks. 2\. No Smoking allowed. 3\. No pets allowed. 4\. No party allowed. (Guests who violate this will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.) 5: Age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and stay in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.
