This intimate 24-unit, 3-story condominium complex offers a rare opportunity to enjoy a 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Gulf-front rental in a beautifully maintained setting. Nestled in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, Palms of Dune Allen is within walking distance to Gulf Place, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar, The Vue, Stinky’s, and many other popular restaurants and boutiques. Conveniently located, it sits just 6 miles east of Sandestin, 2 miles west of Grayton Beach, and 6.5 miles west of Seaside. Set directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the complex provides easy access to the sugar-white sand via a private, gated walkway—no streets to cross, no car required. Unit 207, located on the second floor, was fully renovated in 2025 and is now being offered for rental for the first time. The condo includes two parking spots (first-come, first-serve; golf carts are not permitted). Elevator access is just steps away, or take the stairs for added convenience. The unit has been meticulously maintained and thoughtfully furnished, featuring king beds in both the primary and secondary bedrooms, plus two full-over-full bunk beds in the third bedroom. This condo was remarkably clean, spacious, and beautiful. It truly exceeded our expectations. We loved the peace of mind that came with the gated parking, and the location couldn’t have been better with so many great restaurants just a short walk or drive away. The kids had a blast swimming in the pool while we relaxed and soaked in the beach views! The private beach was a dream. With such a small complex, it never felt crowded, and we had plenty of space to spread out and play around. A huge shoutout to the rental company as well. Their communication was excellent. They checked in multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was going smoothly. That level of service was refreshing, as we've come to the area many times and rarely heard from the management company after getting a code.
