Beach Access Lilly Lane beach trail (ONLY bikes or walking) is located across from the 'Gathering Place'. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Avenue is a dead-end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking. Bramble Grove Place (Santa Clara) beach access is about 500 feet east and has a large parking lot with bathrooms. Just under a mile or 7-minute bike to public beach access. Please allow forty-eight (48) hours in advanced to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature. The pool is 3 to 5 feet deep max. The pool will be heated to a maximum of 86 degrees. Pool temperature cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather.\* The pool is for registered guests only. Due to insurance liabilities, we cannot allow "friends of guests" to use the pool. \*\*\*\* Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can lead to the pool. We also loved the area and enjoyed close beach access, using the provided bikes for daily bike rides, playing pickleball in the neighborhood, the beautiful backyard pool, and close proximity to great restaurant, bars, and shopping. We had an (uncontrollable) issue with the brakes on the provided golf cart and Laureen was ultra-responsive in taking care of the issue ASAP once the issue was discovered. Laureen goes above and beyond as a host and is very accessible. There was an issue with the pool heat on our way into town and she brought it to our attention and had it resolved within hours despite it being a holiday week. The in neighborhood host was a nice touch as well and would be a huge benefit for guests not familiar with the area. The home was beautiful, extremely clean, and had everything we needed (fully equipped kitchen with multiple coffee and other small appliances that we typically don’t find in other rentals) as well as beach towels which we appreciated not having to pack. Everyone had a comfortable room with everything we needed. We were very impressed with all of the amenities that came with the house including, golf cart, bikes, beach gear, swimming toys and towels, and all of the kitchen necessities. The area is very family friendly and quiet with lots of activities and tons of entertainment and food options close by. Booking with Laureen was simple and efficient and she and her husband were always available and very attentive to any question or concern we had. Our stay at Sea Dreamer was absolutely amazing. Laureen is an amazing host, her home is so well thought out and clean. Ruthie was an incredible house manager and great resource as this was our first time staying in the area. The private pool was definitely a highlight for us and our 3 kids ages 2-10\. The gulf was closed all week from red/double red flags and we never got bored. We loved the golf cart and bike rides, playing games, and night swims. We rented a bike trailer for the littles thanks to Ruthie’s recommendation and I’m so glad we did! Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Laureen’s home had all things we needed and we’re glad we didn’t have to travel with such as a pack n play, fan, beach and pool towels, pool floats, an abundance of seasonings, and every cookware item you could possibly need. The house was very clean, I didn’t feel like I needed to Clorox everything down before we unpacked. Laureen was extremely easy to reach the one time we had an issue with the television. The pool was a game changer, the weather was too chilly to stay on the beach. The kids played in the heated pool as we enjoyed getting sun.
