The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Mary Beth was very easy to get in touch with and the golf cart made it really nice to get to the beach and back when not at the pool or shopping or eating . Lots of shops and restaurants in the area . We visited Grayton state park for kayaking and paddle boarding . The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for our big group ! ##### Wendi K. I stumbled upon this property shortly after it went live to rent and I am so glad I did! First, Mary Beth the owner, is wonderful and was always responsive via text or email to any questions we had. Second, the home is brand new. Newly built, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, smells fresh like a new build. Had everything we needed including new golf cart, use of the garage, beach chairs and sand toys, washer and dryer, stocked kitchen for cooking, beach towels. Nice new appliances. We’ve stayed along many places on 30a but this was our first time at Blue Mountain. We loved it! One of our best beach vacations yet. 3 min golf cart ride to beach (beach access always had lifeguards on duty which was great). 5 min drive to Seaside. Publix a few mins. It’s a great central location. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Didn’t have any issues the entire week and would absolutely love to come back next year.
