Welcome to Stay Gold at 13 Dunes Estates Blvd—a Gulf-view, newly constructed luxury home in the sought-after Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach. Boasting panoramic views of the Gulf from the rooftop and just a 3–4 minute walk to the sugar-white sands of 30A, this 6-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom retreat offers both beachside serenity and upscale comfort. With a large public beach access located directly behind the home (with ample parking), this residence is ideal for families and groups looking for a high-end coastal getaway.  
  
Inside, you’ll find a professionally designed interior by Trenta-A Home Services, highlighting a modern beach aesthetic that complements the Gulf-facing surroundings. Hardwood and shellstone floors, soaring 9-to-12-foot ceilings, and refined finishes—including stoneware, luxury linens, and furnishings from Restoration Hardware and Williams Sonoma—offer a shoppable stay. The open-concept floorplan features two spacious living rooms (one with a fireplace on the second floor), a custom LED View Rail floating staircase, and an elevator for convenient access to all four floors.  
  
The chef’s kitchen is fully outfitted with Thermador appliances, Viking cookware, a commercial-depth oven with steamer, two dishwashers, a hidden butler’s pantry, and a waterfall-edge island. A full coffee bar includes drip, Keurig, and espresso/cappuccino machines, plus a tea kettle. Wine fridges, ice makers, and coffee stations are thoughtfully placed on every level.  
  
Five king suites each include en-suite bathrooms, LED mirrors, and dressing mirrors. The kid-friendly bunk room is perfect for large families or groups, with two full-over-full built-in bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa—comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests. The fourth-floor master suite is a true showstopper, offering direct access to the rooftop deck with Gulf views, a skylit wet room with soaking tub, glass shower, dual vanities, and a private bar with fridge.  
  
Smart home automation includes Sonos audio, Samsung Smart Frame Art TVs with streaming, automated window shades, and central AC on all levels.  
  
Outdoor spaces are a true highlight. The second-floor pool deck includes a private heated plunge pool and spa, outdoor shower with nightlight, natural gas grill, and a full outdoor kitchen. The expansive rooftop deck with sweeping Gulf views features an outdoor fireplace, TV, and ample lounge seating—ideal for sunset cocktails or evening gatherings by the sea.
