There is also a kid-friendly bunk room with two twin beds and one queen bed which uses the corresponding hall bathroom along with the fourth bedroom with queen bed. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay Smoking is strictly prohibited. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. LSV is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Any bushes / foliage on the property driven over by cars and/or the LSV will be charged to renters. Detached shed on exterior of home is not for renters' use. There is construction on all of 30A and around the neighborhood, and unfortunately we cannot do anything about this. Beach towels and toys are not allowed to be left on the front porches of homes in this neighborhood. Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
