The 1st floor features an open-concept entertaining space: the living area with a sleeper sofa and the dining area with seating for 6\. Don't forget about the chef-friendly kitchen .. it is stocked and ready for you to create some amazing meals. Also on this main floor you'll find the laundry room and a convenient half bath. The 2nd level is where you will find the main bedroom with a king bed and private porch, and another bedroom with 2 full beds and a large walk-in closet. The 3rd floor tower room boasts a comfy queen bed, a wet bar, and another private porch with stunning Gulf views. All bedrooms have attached private bathrooms.
