The screened porch and pool areas are nice, the interior of the cottage could use some paint in several areas and has some water damage on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The grounds are a bit overgrown, the bathrooms are small but clean, the galley kitchen is well equipped and the grocery store is very close. Overall it is a very nice home although a bit overpriced for its size and condition. It would be nice to have a net to clean the pool of leaves each day. ##### David H. Awesome location! The house was absolutely wonderful and so was the private pool! If you’re planning to stay here be sure to reserve a golf cart in advance. We didn’t and almost didn’t get one. The only thing the owner needs to add is bicycles. We’ve stayed in Seaside in the past and the homes have always come with at least 2 bicycles. You can rent some anyway but I think there should be a couple provided. Having said that, it’s nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. As a matter of fact, I would check here first when we come again. The bicycles are only a suggestion. Everything on this house is “as advertised”. If it’s available, “RENT IT!” ##### Jack B. Pool was nicely heated which was great since the weather was cool. The house is small - especially the bathrooms and bedrooms but it worked great for our family including 2 dogs. Fabulous location! Also the rental company was very responsive to a couple small maintenance issues- had someone out in less than an hour each time. ##### Michele W. We had a brother in law visit for a couple days and we all enjoyed walks to the beach, biking, dining and just relaxing by the pool. There was a lot of construction going on but not a problem. There are some tall trees in back of house shading pool but hoping they will get trimmed. Thank you for a lovely stay! ##### Michele W.
