I just returned from my third stay in Gulf Place, and once again, it did not disappoint! The townhouse was super clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. The main bedroom was amazing, and the twin beds on the third floor were surprisingly comfy. Just a heads up: the two full-size beds have a futon quality to them, which might not be for everyone. We did experience a brief hot water issue, and although no one came to address it, it didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment. I would definitely stay here again! ##### Cory H. We frequently visit this area 2 to 3 times a year This property was exceptionally clean !!! Only a few complaints the stopper for thé upstairs bathroom was missing and property was advertised with 2 bikes included and there were no bikes! I believe also that when everything is being booked on VRBO, everything should be done through their app to avoid confusion There was a separate app that was sent through the rental company and nothing on that app is updated!! Check in procedures and all information was sent about a week prior in an email with an app that gave us an easy way to access information. Contacted customer service upon arrival (dishwasher appeared broken). Very friendly representative. Had someone out to the property the next day to address the issue (serviceman friendly as well). Basic amenities provided. Unit was clean, comfortable, and appeared recently updated. Unit is close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. No complaints! Would recommend and rent again! The downside was the main level stayed about 10 degrees hotter than the bedroom level. Not good for meals or family tv watching. Overall I recommend this property highly.
