With stores like Southern Tide, an art gallery, and of course staple restaurants like turbo coffee, Salty Butcher, and Local Cantina, some of our favorite places in the area are walkable and in our backyard. For fresh seafood, outdoor dining, and entertainment, there are ample excellent choices within a 5 minute drive. We enjoyed having two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms for each. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. The trashcan in the kitchen was broke when we arrived however the property manager had it replaced quickly. The driveways in this neighborhood are very narrow. Both of us arrived in full size trucks. It was difficult getting in/out of our trucks. Overall the property and neighborhood was really nice. We would recommend it. ##### Austin F. We had trouble getting into the house as the codes provided didn’t work - luckily our contact Jennifer immediately helped with correct codes and I expect that not to be an issue going forward. We were grateful for consideration for a few miscommunications, addressed to everyone’s benefit. I suggest the owners make the front electrical outlet be accessible. The only bummer was the backyard furniture was old and rickety, dirty and we couldn’t make use of the nice space at all. Beds were great as was the pool. Would definitely come back! ##### Susan C.
