Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Our family of 17 enjoyed every moment and hated to leave. I would have given our stay 5 stars, but 2 of the bedroom's televisions didn't work. I let avantstay know about it, but nothing was ever done. That was the only issue we had other than the construction noise waking us up at 8am every morning.
