This professionally decorated condo in Sanctuary by the Sea is a Gulf-front property on the white sand shores of Santa Rosa Beach! This 2,200-square-foot condo features a private balcony, 10-foot interior ceilings, and such wonderful sources of family fun as TVs and DVD players in each bedroom, and an assortment of board games. This home away from home has been recently updated with fresh paint, new furniture pieces, updated upholstered dining chairs, and a new mattress in the main suite. This beachfront property encompasses 23 acres of a scenic stretch of 30A, with 650 feet of sandy shoreline, three pools, two hot tubs, grilling stations, seasonal gas firepits, a fitness center, a virtual golf facility, a clubhouse, and a theater room on its grounds. There's a coastal dune lake just a few steps away, where you can fish, kayak, or take out a canoe, and the boundaries of Grayton Beach State Park are only 100 yards north. The property is also less than two miles west of Grayton Beach, three miles east of the shops and restaurants of Gulf Place Town Center, and four miles west of Seagrove Beach. Things to Know Reservations between March and October include beach service. Thank goodness one person in our party canceled at the last minute so we did not go one person over or we would have all been on the street. I specifically looked for a unit that was "beach" and "gulf front" which this unit was neither. We could barely see the ocean nor did we even feel like we were at the beach. Extremely disappointing given this was our one "beach trip". And as far as cleanliness, the grill/griddle on top of the oven looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in years. Disgusting!! We had a great family vacation but it was not due to the condo or facility. And beware-yes you do get an hour of paddle boarding included with your stay-but there is a sign that specifically tells you to beware of alligators in the water where you would paddle board. Needless to say-we did not use this included "perk". ##### Karen W.
