DETAILS: Nestled in the heart of Grayton Beach, Grayt Dreams exudes charm and elegance, offering guests a spacious escape along the Emerald Coast. With 4,235 square feet of living space, this home sleeps up to 32 guests across 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms—perfect for corporate events, family reunions, bachelorette parties, weddings, and more. Guests can start their day with fresh pastries from Black Bear Bread Co., kayak on Western Lake, or venture to the beach—only a 6-minute drive away!  
  
Designed for entertaining, the backyard boasts a refreshing 3-foot-deep pool lined with loungers for soaking in the Florida sun. A screened-in patio invites barbecue dinners, with a natural gas grill and beverage cooler, as well as options for alfresco dining at the 6-seat table or 2-person bistro set. The fun continues in the first-floor game room with a pool table and 75†TV for movie nights. Late-night laughs abound in the bunk room, featuring 2 full-over-full beds, a TV, and convenient access to a shared bathroom with a stacked washer and dryer. Luggage is no problem in this 4-story retreat—simply use the in-home elevator.   
  
Bathed in natural light, the second-floor living area serves as the heart of the home, boasting an oversized sectional and 75†TV. Plus, an attached sitting area with a TV that’s perfect for breaking into groups or hosting kids separately. The galley kitchen is equipped with high-end LG appliances, including 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, and even a TV. An expansive table with remarkable length comfortably seats 28 guests together. A stacked washer and dryer add convenience to this floor.   
  
Sleep well on the third floor in 4 comfortable guest bedrooms—3 with private bathrooms—each with a king bed and TV, alongside 1 cozy bunk room with a full-over-full bed.  
  
On the fourth floor are 4 more guest bedrooms—3 with private bathrooms—each with a king bed and TV. There’s also 1 bunk room with a full-over-full bed.  
  
Enjoy a Grayton Beach getaway at Grayt Dream! Exploring is easy with on-site parking for 6 vehicles, 11 bikes, and a low speed vehicle. Take advantage of the free "Grayton Central" parking and shuttle service to the beach—only 2 blocks away. Need more room?
