This duplex, which you do not even realize is a duplex do to the great lay out of the property, is absolutely perfect for a family of 4\. My kids love the bunk beds! The house has been very clean and comfortable both times we have stayed. The distance to the beach could not be any better, especially with little kids and all their beach stuff! The kitchen is stocked for cooking meals in. I really cannot say enough good about this property. The owner is very friendly and quick to respond if needed. The property is very clean and well organized. The interior space is very well used and it is very convenient to be able to park so close to the entrance for loading and unloading. Right across from beach access at we love the Eastern Lake access, having both the lake and beach is perfect for young kids. ##### Sarah R. The place was spotless, the sofa was cozy, the master bed was comfortable, and the beach was literally around the corner. Literally steps to the boardwalk and an easy drive to Seaside if that’s your thing - it’s definitely ours!
