Enjoy a walk on the beach, collect shells, sunbathe, or go surf fishing or just Chill! Eastern Lake is a coastal dune lake. The lake is mostly fresh water that mixes with saltwater from the gulf creating an incredible ecosystem of both fresh water and saltwater species. Dune lakes are a rare, natural phenomena that only exist in New Zealand, Australia, Madagascar and South Walton, Florida. “Just A Short Walk” is directly across the street from Eastern Lake. Enjoy stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing or fishing on this beautiful coastal dune lake. This luxurious vacation home is located South of 30A close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The house had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the access to eastern lake was a short walk across the road from the house. We enjoyed paddle boarding on this lake out to the beach. There are many restaurants and beaches close by in the area. We would stay here again! ##### Jessica S. The home is super clean, beautiful, and in a great area. Easy to get to the public beach where there is a public parking lot in close proximity for your car or golf cart. The pool is perfectly situated right behind this home, making it very easy to get your spots picked first. Owners were super easy and friendly to work with, making for a really great overall experience. My wife said this would be a perfect spot for a ladies weekend at some point.
