Fantastic location… 5 houses from the beach and far enough off 30A that you’re not bothered by traffic or noise. Walking, or biking, distance to great shops and restaurants. The house is well stocked with everything you’ll need, including beach stuff. We still rented the beach chair/umbrella set up that was offered (which was amazing). On street parking in front of the house was easy and convenient. Absolutely loved the screened in porch for morning coffee and enjoying a wicked Florida thunderstorm. We can’t say enough good things about this property. The management company was attentive, easy to contact and responded quickly to anything we needed. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is walking distance to the pool, beach and downtown which is a plus. We liked the layout of the cottage as it was just my husband and myself. We also liked having the king size bed on the main floor however the headboard is not attached to the bed and moves around. The kitchen is well equipped except that the garbage can has not been cleaned for awhile and is very old. The screen porch is a great place to sit and we enjoyed it every day. It really could use pressure washing on the wooden parts to clean the built up dirt. Also we couldn’t use the dressers in the master because they had not been cleaned out in awhile. We loved the proximity to the beach and shops. Everything was walkable. We especially enjoyed the fitness center and private pools. While the family pool at the end of the street was closer, we preferred the west pool. There was a snack bar and more of a scene.
