This 1,600 sq. ft. home sleeps 8 and features a king suite, queen room, and bunk room with trundle. Enjoy classic coastal charm, open living spaces, and private parking for 3 cars. Perfectly located near Seaside's shops and dining, this cottage blends vintage style with modern comfort for your ideal 30A getaway. Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Vacation Rental Unit: This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental features: Bedroom 1 with a King Bed-Sleeps 2 Bedroom 2 with a queen bed-Sleeps 2 Bedroom 3 with a twin over full bunk bed and a trundle bed-Sleeps 4 Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.) This home is just under 1600 square feet. Parking: Parking is directly in front of the house. The owner has a Jeep parked in the driveway at all times, but feel free to park behind it if needed! There is room for up to 3 parked cars. Other details to note: Trash days are Monday and Thursday. The night before, Sunday and/or Wednesday, please bring the cans to the street. On Monday and/or Thursday, please return the cans to the house after pick up has occurred. Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help! Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed.
