Easily walk out of this 2nd-floor condo and cross the street to the beach access. Seagrove Beach is home to a wonderful assortment of restaurants, shops, and other local businesses, all just a short stroll or bike ride away. Guest Access: Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay. Interaction with Guests: We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations. Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles in an open parking lot. No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls permitted. We have been coming to Beachwood Villas on and off since 1993\. Nicely updated. The only issue we had was the sliding glass door lock was broken. With two young kids, I really wished it had had a washer/dryer in the unit and an electric stick vacuum or something to get the sand up after a day at the beach. Storage was a little lacking and there were an over abundance of beach toys out in the porch so we never went out there due to clutter. It was very clean when we arrived and the perfect size for our family of four. The kids loved having their own area in the built-in bunkbeds, and we were pleasantly surprised by the short distance from the condo to the beach access across the street. The only downside to this property, which might prevent us from staying here again, is that there is no washer and dryer in the unit. However, we were aware of this before we arrived, and there is access to coin-operated washers and dryers on property.
