Nestled in a serene location in Seaside, FL, this property features two distinct living spaces that can accommodate both couples and families, making it ideal for a variety of vacation needs. Ideally situated on Natchez Street, steps away from private beach access and across from the West Side pool. Step into the first floor, which boasts a beautifully appointed queen bedroom, offering a serene space for rest and relaxation. This queen has custom, built-in storage, a bay window, a private TV, and an ensuite bath. The private bath features a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. Venture to the second floor to discover the combined open floor living space plus a bonus sleeping loft. This living room area and bonus loft accommodate four more. (sleeping loft accessible via a ship's ladder) The living room has high ceilings and an open layout with a large flat-screen TV. Designed for both comfort and functionality, this space features a sleeper sofa in the living area, as well as the bonus loft up a ship's ladder with a full bed and a flatscreen TV.
