Location was a short golf cart ride away from the beach and the kids loved getting ice cream down the road. Rebecca was great to work with and replied with all of our questions right away. We entered through the garage where there is everything you would need for the beach.Boogieboards,coolers,wagon,sand toys, beach chairs and a full size refrigerator. The home interior has extra high ceilings and doors and is tastefully decorated with a beach theme. Kitchen is granite countertops with nice matching kitchen aid appliances and excellent assortment of utensils. Front door exits to very nice wrap around porch and rear door exits to nice patio with bbq grill and patio table/chairs. One bedroom downstairs with bathroom Also half bath downstairs. Second floor has an awesome bunk room with neat daybed/trundle and nice walk-in closet. Another bedroom similar to downstairs. Then a gathering area with nice table and kitchenette with sink and mini fridge. Nice large master bed/bath with access to a very nice outdoor wrap around screened in porch. The community pool is a block away. It’s shallow and was perfect for our family. There was only one trip to the beach that a parking spot was not available. I simply dropped of the family and walked back to the beach. 5-10 minute walk. Just a bit much with 2 six year olds :) smart tv in every bedroom, living room and gathering area. Wi-Fi was occasionally weak especially to downstairs. Publix supermarket was a 5 minute drive Walmart 10 minutes shrimpers seafood is located between publix and Walmart we got shrimp and grouper here. Good service and product. Great house with family friendly floor plan. Well equipped, bring food and clothes. Located with easy access to 30A and hwy 98. ##### lynn c. The house was very well appointed and had lots of great living space. Our kids loved the big bunk room as well. We walked to the public beach access which was easy to find. After a couple of days of walking to the beach, though, we did decide to drive on our last day. It is a 10+ minute walk with all your beach gear. Some in our group rode bikes to the beach which worked out great. Overall, we loved the house and had a terrific stay! We also thought it was closer to the beach. We were looking for a beach front property and this Definitely was not convenient.. we had no parking at the beach access and some of my guests couldn't walk as far by foot .. so it was always an issue . The home is well taken care of. The home location is ideal for families and sits in a quite neighborhood. The neighbors around this home are mixed owners/ weekly renters but everyone we encountered was extremely nice and helpful. As far as distance to the beach this home is a short distance but depending on age or ability it could be challenging and might require a car drop off with all the things needed for the beach. We rented a golf cart and it was perfect but did add quite a bit more for the week. The house comes with starters for items like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags.... you will most certainly need to bring all of that or plan to purchase it once here. We didn't have any trash bags but the owners were fantastic and brought us bags quickly. Overall this home was perfect for our two families! The children LOVED the bunk bed room and used it as their "club house". The outdoor space was great for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. We created life-long memories and will be back for sure! We would stay here and would be lucky to do so. Thank you for a wonderful summer vacation for our two families!! ##### Deborah D. The house is great with a well planned layout and plenty of beach items including a cart. The bunk room upstairs is wonderful for the kids and I love the wrap around porch on second floor. It's a bit of a walk to the beach but not terrible. However, the Grayton Beach entrance we used entered into a very crowded beach during our stay and available beach chairs to rent were limited so we missed out on that (apparently a County thing). It would be nice for the lawn service people to wait an hour or two after 7am to crank up the leaf blowers. We booked this last minute to get a couple extra days at the beach so we appreciate being able to do that. The house itself is very nice and the agent handling the rental was responsive and friendly. ##### Bill S.
