This was a wonderful week in a beautiful complex. This particular condo is NOT well taken care of, sadly. It was clean but there were holes in the furniture, throw cushions and bedding. There were drawers that were broken in almost every room. The woven outdoor furniture was dry rotted and completely caved in, you couldn’t sit on it. Also on the outdoor furniture the fabric was ripped to shreds. The sheet rock in the kitchen was peeling and crumbling in one spot. These are beautiful high end condos, but this one needs some TLC. ##### Emily B. Our family has stayed in the Santa Rosa beach area for the last 25 years & we have finally found our forever spot! However, our unit was a bit disappointing. The dishwasher needed to be remounted so it was very difficult to use, the queen bed frame in the guest bedroom was broken & upon entry the floor was not swept very well as there was sand all over the floors. We would have swept ourselves had there been a broom available. It also would have been nice to have more supplies provided like dish soap etc. with a 4 bedroom condo obviously we would need more then 2 packs of dish soap. All in all we had an amazing week & we very much enjoyed the specular views this particular unit offers so the disappointing stuff was palatable & are all easy fixes. We will definitely return to Sanctuary by the Sea but will continue to search for the perfect unit so we can extend our visits. Thank you for an amazing property & views!! ##### Scott M. Beach was beautiful and easy to access, clean and not crowded. Facility itself was a bit tired, could use some sprucing up, but the pools and outdoor seating were very nice. In our unit, the dishwasher was loose where it was installed and felt unsafe. Also kitchen drawers and cabinets were hard to open, would have been better with handles on them.
