Welcome to The Beach Haus! The Beach Haus is a luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located in the private community of Turtle Beach on the Gulf side of 30A. Situated less than 75 yards from a private beach, this stunning condo offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway including a heated community pool! Important Information Max Occupancy: 9 guests Minimum Age to Book: 25 years (No Exceptions) Check-in & Check-out: Check-in at 4:30 PM CDT and check-out at 9:00 AM CDT Parking: 2 standard size vehicles permitted. Starter Pack: Includes 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack Kitchen: Equipped with standard appliances, Keurig, and traditional drip coffee maker. Bikes/Golf Carts: Not included, but can be rented for an additional fee. Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach area for an additional fee Heated Community Pool: The community pool is heated from October - April. Condo Layout Entryway: Guests enter the condo from the second floor and take private stairs to the third-level foyer. This private entryway offers additional storage for luggage, personal belongings, and beach accessories. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and access to the south-facing balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bedroom #2: Queen bed with a private bathroom equipped with a bath/shower combo. Bedroom #3: Queen bed with shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Bedroom #4: One full bed and one twin bed with shared Jack and Jill bathroom. Living Area: Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary plates, cups, and cutlery. Dining Area: Formal dining table with seating for six, plus three additional seats at the granite-topped kitchen bar. Balconies: Designed for outdoor enjoyment, the condo features three balconies that provide excellent space for lounging and enjoying the sunrise and sunset over the Gulf of Mexico. About the Area Seagrove Beach is a charming beach town on Scenic HWY 30A, nestled between Watersound Beach and Seaside, FL. Known for its beautiful beaches, terrific restaurants, farmers markets, and more, Seagrove Beach offers a quintessential coastal experience. Beach Access: Less than a 75-yard walk from the condo, the private access way leads to the white sand beach where guests can rent beach chairs from a private vendor. Pool Area: The private community pool at Turtle Beach can be heated during certain winter months, making it one of the few properties in the area with this feature. Restrictions No pets allowed. No monthly rental discounts. Length of stay restrictions may apply. Minimum renter age is 25 years old. No smoking in the condo, on the balconies, around the pool area, in the walkways, or any common areas. No food or drinks allowed in bedrooms. Guests must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. No RVs, trailers, watercraft, or large vans permitted. Overflow parking is not available. I also paid a a significant fee to have a pool heated, it was not heated on arrival. Also, the two homes/condos in front of ours had nonstop construction, including a constant crew from 6am in the morning until 7pm at night. It was the same HOA so it’s easy to assume that the owners of my condo were aware. This construction included hammers and wheeled grinders running all day long. The pool had white debris floating in it from this construction crew. The property had no one cleaning the pool so I was inclined to clean it to keep the floating debris out of my children’s mouth. I was not informed about any construction (or given a discount) for the constriction taking place which made our vacation not so relaxing. Perhaps look somewhere else, because the construction was not complete. We should’ve been informed. I paid top dollar for a not so top dollar experience. ##### Tyler F. Only reason for the 4 stars was there was a few very minor maintenance issues that was correct immediately. Response form management company excellent. ##### Jason S. This condo is the perfect location and setting for a great beach vacation. Steps from the beach, pool, and bike path. Ice cream about a minute walk and great pizza right down the street.
