A short walk down the street will take you directly to the sandy white beach! With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and 1,850 square feet, there is an abundance of space for the whole family! Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing, water sports, or shopping, our location offers convenience to everything “30A". For boutique shopping or dining at one of the Gulf Place premier restaurants, walk on over to Gulf Place center. Or for the sports enthusiast in the group, enjoy tennis and pickle ball courts available on a first-come, first-served basis! Our townhouse is tastefully appointed in stylish coastal furnishings and finishes. With soaring ceilings, the living room has plenty of cushy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie, and offers a sleeper sofa for unexpected guests. French doors open from the living room to a screened porch that overlooks the sparkling blue Henry Court swimming pool. The kitchen is complete with all the dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An adjoining dining area offers seating for eight, and there is additional bar seating for three. Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, access to an outside balcony, generous closet space, and an adjoining master bathroom. With a large soaking tub, the master bath also offers a walk-in shower and double vanity. A second guest bedroom suite offers a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom features two full beds recently added, and is located on the third floor. A staircase leads from the entrance area to the upstairs bedrooms. For your convenience, there is an SmartTV (no cable) in every bedroom, and the laundry room offers a stackable washer and dryer. Wifi is complimentary. Only thing I wish they had was some ice in the freezer but that was not a big deal but overall no complaints as far as the VRBO stay. Steps out the back door to the pool for the kids was super convenient and a short few minute walk to the beach. We loved the convenience of all the shops and restuarants. This location is also a 15-20 min drive to Bay Towne Wharf. Super close to most things on 30A. Despite it being the end of june and close to the 4th of july nothing was overly crowded. They actually have board games in the tv cabinet for rainy days, pool noodles beach chair and a small umbrella. The property was clean decor is cute,beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer helped a lot. Beds were very comfortable and every room had a tv. Swimming pool and tennis courts close by. Lovely walk through the complex to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. Beach access was not an issue during our stay. I would add it was quite annoying to have a rental company setup chairs/umbrellas, unrented, all along the shoreline blocking prime oceanfront. We brought our own and were never able to setup front row. Not the fault of the rental but the association of Gulf Place. Overall, we had a great stay at a nice property. ##### R J. The unit was clean and a short five-minute to small shops and morning coffee. The unit is in a quiet location, great for sleeping. We arrived very late, after midnight, and had a hard time finding the unit at night, just know that it is unit # 8, found above the front door. ##### Bill F.
