See rare birds in Grayton Beach State Park (part of the Great Florida Birding Trail), then ride bikes through 16 distinct beach communities along the 19 miles of the paved Timpoochee Trail on 30A. Things to Know Free bike rentals and beach service are provided from March 1 to October 31. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 4. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. The places is a bit dated, to the point that I think it's giving the impression that it's not as clean as it could be (the fridge has rust on the inside - the ceiling in the bathrooms have paint patches from previous leak repairs is my best guess). Things like that. So while the property manager was extremely attentive in reaching out and asking about our satisfaction with the cleanliness, there was really nothing to "clean" so much as the place just needs updating in some areas. Sep 20, 2020 #### Amazing view and balcony We chose this home for our family vacation with our toddler and the grandparents. It is very spacious and was a great bedroom set up for us. Especially liked that each had sliding glass doors out to the balcony and a view. Large kitchen with laundry and a big sectional couch. But the best part is the large wrap around balcony with amazing views and comfy furniture to lounge and eat. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning and many meals. A few cons: we all found the beds to be really hard so that was a little hard to get used to. The deadbolt was either broken or had been disabled so you could not lock the door from inside. Not safe with a toddler but maintenance was able to come and attack a latch to get us through the week. The main negative was lack of information when we arrived. The condo came with beach service (nice perk) and 2 bike rentals but there were no details on how to actually get these things. I had to call Vacasa and the bike rental ended up being a bit of a process. I think a simple welcome letter or email or even including this in the app would be really helpful for guests. Also the WiFi was spotty and we had to reset it several times. But overall a great place to spend our week and we love the beach area in front of Dunes of Seagrove ##### Nicole G. The bathrooms had a constant unpleasan... There was a strong mold/mildew smell throughout our condo. The bathrooms had a constant unpleasant “sewer smell”. We had to purchase room deodorizers. The unit was clean, but the odors were an issue. Also, the water to the unit is so hard that it made our skin uncomfortable and soap would not later or wash off. We have been staying at Dunes of Seagrove for many years and never experienced these issues. Having to park our car in another building garage and walk a long way to our building and unit was NOT good!!
