This charming gulf front villa accommodates up to 6 guests with one bedroom (plus bunk nook) and one full bathroom. Located directly on the sugar white sand, enjoy splendid views and a direct walkout onto the water. The cozy comforts and location provides a lovely laid back ambiance which serenely enhances your stay at the beach. You are only steps away from taking a plunge in the gorgeous gulf, soaking up the rays of the sun on the shimmering beach and hearing the soothing sound of the surf! Blue Mountain Villa 2B is complete with cozy furnishings and alluring shades of blue that provides a fine compliment to the beautiful tile flooring. This single level unit encompasses the villa for maximum space for relaxation. Guests will find an oversized couch to soak in the view from the panoramic sliding glass doors. For the dining space, a glass topped table with 5 chairs placed just off of the kitchen. The spacious countertop faces the kitchen providing a perfect place to serve seafood appetizers and tropical drinks. The fully furnished kitchen features a large oven range, a spacious fridge for groceries, and a Keurig for your morning coffee. For sleeping arrangements, take minimal steps just down the hallway to unwind for the night with ease. It was the first time taking our fur baby to the beach and this spot was perfect. He couldn't go on the beach but we watched sunsets from our porch. There was a nice little grassy area for us to take him out which was very convenient. This location was all about the view. The hosts had excellent communication from the very beginning. Located where you can see the beautiful beach and Ocean from the kitchen, living room and porch outside. Very relaxing. Shops and restaurants close. We are just a couple so we weren’t bothered by the double flight of stairs to the beach, however if dragging a cooler is your thing this wouldn’t be easy. We loved biking the 30A bike trail that is very close. It is an easy ride to Grayton Beach and all the way to Rosemary Beach. The condo was decorated beautifully and we loved the blue leather couch. It could use a deep clean of the cabinet handles and updated cookware (stock pot and skillet were scratched up nonstick surface) All in all we loved our stay! ##### Eva R. Cute condo with a spectacular view. Perfect location. We Booked on the day before our trip. The communication and check in was super easy. The beach access was convenient. Although you do need to go up and down stairs. This was not an issue for us. Would have liked the patio to have a chase lounge and not be as cluttered. There was a lot of unnecessary furniture.
