House is brand new and beautiful! The location is perfect! Walk to Gulf Place restaurants/shopping or a short drive to Sandestin for more restaurants, shopping and fun stuff for the kids! Pool directly in front of house. Awesome location! A short walk to the beach and restaurants. Also near Publix and general shops. Wifi was strong for work/video calls, I walked to the beach, restaurants/bars and shops (8 min walk) regularly. The owner was very good at communication and the checkin process was seamless. The house is new, clean and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone and hope to come again. ##### Courteney F.
