Located in the center of town, Enchantment is the guest house of the main cottage, Elegance. Just a short stroll to the beach, you will be enchanted by the sugar-white sand beach of the Gulf. The first floor includes a king bed with a hall bath (shower only), living room with a TV and DVD/VCR, dining area for four, kitchen, and a ships ladder that leads to an open loft with two twin beds (not recommended for children under the age of 10). As an added bonus, there is a screened-in furnished porch off of the living room to enjoy and access to an outdoor grill. For additional room, the 5-bedroom cottage, Elegance, may also be rented.

* 3-night minimum Spring & Fall; 5 night minimum Spring Break, Summer; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration

Cute Cottage

Great location. Clean place. Communication with agency was great. Shower wasn’t working, sent someone within 10 min of calling and they got it to work but limited shower pressure. The shower heads need replaced and should have been addressed prior to spring/summer season in my opinion. Also there are no blankets. A comfy bed blanket would be appreciated especially during spring when nights are still cool. The mattresses upstairs in the twin room both need replaced. The living room needs a new rug and new covers for the furniture. Also only provided two rolls of toilet paper. The beach access is beautiful but the other amenities are not worth the fees. The kids pool was tiny and gross and needs re done. The adult pool is also small but did have nice loungers. The fitness center was gross and rundown. For as much as the fees are these things need updated.

The weather was nice while we were there and our cottage was “enchanting”. It’s small but just the right size for us. We were able to cook some meals and have snacks at home, great location for riding bikes everywhere, and amazing activities for the kids- story time and an improv class! Lots of spring breakers from other towns made the square/green and restaurants a little overwhelming, but never so bad we felt like we couldn’t do what we wanted to. A great stay, we’d like to come back!

The house has everything you need for a long weekend or a full week. My girls loved the loft bedroom! The only issue we had is that the dryer is very old. We washed our swimsuits (washing machine worked fine) but it took 3 cycles in the dryer on the highest setting to dry our suits and they still weren't 100% dry.Overall, Highly recommend!
