LOADED designer home with private, heated pool, countless porches, detached carriage house with 2 full bathrooms + full kitchen + king bed & bunks, yard for playing games, gas BBQ grill, multiple living and dining spaces inside and out, 3rd floor lookout tower, GULF VIEWS and more! 6-seater LSV and 6 bikes included complimentary! (LSV included with all reservations made after 09/16/25) The space Welcome to 'Salty Hideaway II' in the heart of Grayton Beach on 30A! The house has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms with a detached carriage house making for very comfortable accommodations for 16 guests. OUR FAVORITE THINGS: \-Large private heated pool and great outdoor space \-10 houses from the beach \-6-seater LSV and 6 bikes \-In the heart of Grayton Beach walking distance to Red Bar, AJ's, Chiringo, ice cream shops, boutiques, lakes, Grayton Beach State Park and more! \-Wraparound porches, some screened-in \-Third floor lookout tower with Gulf views \-Yard space for playing outdoor games like washers, corn hole, etc. \-Detached carriage house with full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, laundry and bunks \-Gulf views The main floor has an open concept floor plan with combined living, dining, and kitchen areas. The chef's kitchen has a 6-burner gas range, farmhouse sink, and breakfast bar island with seating for 4\. The adjacent dining table has seating for 6, and doors that open on to two screened-in porches with additional living spaces and another dining table, perfect for an alfresco meal. There is a primary bedroom located on this floor with king bed and en-suite bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer (second set in carriage house), and a half bathroom. On the second floor you'll find 4 additional bedrooms, each with access to incredible views from a porch, deck, or window! The bunk room on this floor also has an additional living space, great for kids to hang out. On the third floor this is an additional living space with chairs and a TV. Prepare to be wow-ed by the lookout tower that provides expansive views of Grayton Beach and the Gulf! Follow the wraparound porch to the private pool and deck that includes a gas BBQ grill and sun lounge chairs. The pool separates the main house from the carriage house, great for separating or coming together! Inside the neighboring carriage house, you'll find a full kitchen, additional washer & dryer, additional porches, a dining area +kitchen island with bar stools, master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom, additional full bathroom, and living room with built in twin-over-twin bunk beds. It is the perfect little house! SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 24): FIRST FLOOR: \-Master bedroom 1 with king bed, en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination \-Half bathroom SECOND FLOOR: \-Master bedroom 2 with king bed, en-suite bathroom with large glass shower \-Guest bedroom 3 with two queen beds, en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combination \-Guest bedroom 4 with queen bed, shared bathroom with shower \-Additional living area (guest bedroom 5) with twin over twin bunk beds, shared bathroom with shower THIRD FLOOR: \-Additional living area (guest bedroom 6) with two sets of twin over twin bunk beds and a full size sleeper sofa. Having the carriage house is really nice for giving some of your group a little more privacy. The furnishings are very pretty and there are lots of bathrooms! We enjoyed the golf cart and bikes and used them quite a bit. The kitchen is stocked with the basics. Pots/pans, a few mixing bowls, cutting boards, strainer measuring cups and spoons, basic utensils and a decent knife set. There’s a keurig and a regular coffee pot. There’s also a juicer but no pitcher. No crock pot. The kitchen has a very nice range but I think it requires a degree ;) The pool was a good size and there is a lot of seating outside including lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs and rockers. There is an outdoor grill, outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and a fire pit behind the house. The only thing that was con for our entire group was the door alarm. I understand it is to protect small children from getting in the pool unattended and it’s a liability issue but for people not traveling with small children, it is very very annoying. You have to remember to push a button every time you go through the door or a very loud alarm goes off. It also goes off if you leave the door open longer than 15 seconds or so. We were always rushing out the door. Trust me, it takes more than a week to train 15 people to push a button every time they go through a door. To describe this home and it's amenities as AMAZING is an understatement! Our group of 12 included: grandparents (gave them the main level Master accommodations), brother-in-law w/wife and kids ages 10 &12 (gave them the cottage home), my 18 yr old daughter with a friend, 21 yr old son with a friend, husband and myself. Three of the adults needed to work remotely as well, so the 3rd floor bonus was dedicated as our "office". There was so much space, we never felt crowded, enough bathrooms so getting ready for dinner was not "rushed". We did rent an add'n golf cart, and in addition to the bikes, everyone had an opportunity to explore 30A at their own pace and leisure. The private, heated pool was amazing! The home is super close to Red Bar, an absolute "must" for dining. Everything about this home was top-notch and we hope to visit again!
