Definitely overpriced for what it is, and I have rented in Blue Mountain and Grayton for years and have much nicer places for about the same price. Very Very small should not be listed to accommodate 6 maybe 4 at most in my opinion Definitely not recommended for small children or elderly. Barely any cooking utensils or pots and pans, bbq put did not work,inside and outside of property not very clean, kitchen faucet broke and we werent even in home for 1 hour. Internet ad said it was within walking distance or 3 blocks but turned out the closest beach entrance was 1 mile or 20 minute walk. There was six of us. Had to take 2 cars When we got their there was very little parking. To be fair Vacasa refunded us 300 hundred dollars off our 6 night stay. ##### Michael T.
