Gone Coastal is a brand new vacation rental located just off of 30A in Dune Allen Beach. This beautiful two story beach house comes equipped with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 11 lucky guests. The first floor has your main living area which is spacious and opens up into the dining room and the modern updated kitchen. The first floor also has one of the bedrooms with access to a full bathroom. You will find a staircase that leads up to the other three bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a King Size bed and a full en suite bathroom and it also has its own private balcony. Another guest bedroom also contains a King Size bed. The fourth guest bedroom has a Queen Size bed and you will find a bunk room at the top of the stairs that has a sliding barn door entrance with a two sets of bunk beds perfect for the kids.

Often referred to as “the town that began it all”, Santa Rosa Beach is the first established community in South Walton. Today, many of the communities that make up this majestic collection of beachfront developments are technically in Santa Rosa Beach. The most notable is Gulf Place – home to restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. Other attractions include Eden State Garden Park and the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club. Guests seeking to spend their vacation in Santa Rosa Beach can opt for studio style condos at Gulf Place, large vacation homes with private pools near the beach or beachfront custom homes or townhomes.

First Floor: Living Room, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Full Bath and Walk-In Shower, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Master Suite with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, Queen Bedroom with Full Bath and Tub/Shower Combo, Bunk Room with Full/Twin Bunk + Twin Bunk and Walk-In Shower.

Nice place to stay.

This was a nice place with room for 11. The only complaints that i might mention are the shower floors. They are made of rocks and not very comfortable to stand on taking a shower. The water pressure is also low. The Wifi hardly worked at all. The Tv streaming cut in and out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location!!

We had a great stay! It was walking distance to the beach which was perfect with a two month old. Also there was more than one room capable of holding a pack n play. We had 7 people and never felt crowded.

Great home, perfect location!

Everything was as described, lots of space, great for families! No beach towels, umbrella or chairs. If you are planing to cook bring your own pot. We tried to use the barbecue, but was very greasy.

Family Vacation

We rented the house for a family trip including my mom, sister and all the grandkids. There were 11 of us total with the kids ranging from ages 2-16. The house had plenty of space and could probably even sleep a couple more people than the listing states, if you don’t mind bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The main space was perfect for spending time together and the kitchen had all the basics you would expect. The location of the house was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet and you could walk to the small community pool within a couple minutes, which the little kids loved on red flag days. The walk to the beach took less than 10 minutes or there is a small parking lot if you get there early in the day. The access is not huge, as there is private beach blocked off on both sides, but even with the busy holiday weekend we were able to find room to set up a canopy and gear. The walk to the beach takes you right by Gulf Place with plenty of cute shops and restaurants to see. Nightly ice cream stops at Pecan Jacks and dinner at Shunk Gully’s are a must. Overall, I would book this house again and recommend to my friends.

Great Stay

This property was so nice. Things we LOVED: Everyone having their own bathrooms. Cleanliness of the property. Quiet neighborhood. Close to the Beach with handicap accessible boardwalk down to the beach. Mattresses in master were excellent. Property management company was excellent. Only things we didn’t like was the master baths shower. The pebbles on the shower were murder on your feet to where we didn’t use that shower. We used our Sons bunk rooms shower which had the same tiling but the grouting over the pebbles was much better and even. Minimal issue though. The community is TINY, and not heated, couldn’t even get in it, which was disappointing. Overall, we would come back and book this property again.

Amazing location large house

Great location. amazing neighborhood. I agree with everyone else's comments that it needed a deep clean (baseboards not clean, couch had some stains on it) but overall after a couple days and getting settled in I was fine with it. I will say that the seating is minimal for a house that sleeps so many people. Not a lot of hang out space. They have one couch and two bigger chairs and that's it for relaxing space, small kitchen table and about 4 bar chairs. I think if they replaced the TV area with newer, more comfortable couches and added more seating it would be amazing. They have plenty of bath towels (no beach towels), they do provide some dish soap and dish detergent but they do not provide laundry detergent. There is a washer and dryer. Plenty of dishes. We brought some of our own cooking pans but probably didn't need to. There is also no desk so it is not friendly for "working from home" at a remote location. I would advice them to put some sitting chairs in some of the bedrooms as there is plenty of space for this. I would stay here again.

Great House

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was great. The house matched the photos and was in great condition. The location is very convenient to the beach (easy 5 min walk). The community pool was great on a couple of days when the weather kept us from the beach. We had no problems while here. A very relaxing vacation. Communication from the managers was awesome. Would definitely recommend this property. It's a great value.

Beautiful beach home

Overall this home was great! As other reviewers said, it was even better in person. Every bedroom was a large size and nicely decorated. I loved that everyone got their own bathrooms, plus there was a half bathroom off the living room. The location was great as well. Although you could walk to the beach, I wouldnt recommend it as there was a lot of construction on the main road. The only reason I cannot give this place 5 stars is because although the kitchen was beautiful and there were so many dishes, cookware and silverware, the dishes were pretty dirty and even worse, the dishwasher hand a lot of black mold. We had to hand wash everything several times and even tried to clean out the dishwasher, but could not get out all of the mold. Aside from that, everything else was great. I would stay here again, but would be prepared to hand wash our dishes.

Family Christmas

Our family of 9 met at this house for a week of R&R and togetherness. This house is in a quiet neighborhood. Literally just a 5 min walk to the beach. Everything was clean and in good order. Loved that all the bedrooms had their own bathroom. This was the perfect spot for our holiday. We would definitely consider this house for future trips to Santa Rosa Beach.

The property is very optically pleasing. Love the tall ceilings on both floors. Having a bathroom in each room plus a half bath off the living room is a must. Can’t wait to come back.

Great place close to the beach!

It was great! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach or a minute car ride. Great location near restaurants, coffee, walking, etc. Very good value!

We enjoyed our stay! Not too far of a walk to the beach and restaurants. Only drawback is that the twin bed sheets were dirty and cups looked dirty. Overall great stay
