We enjoyed the beach set up with chairs and umbrella, the short walk to amazing shops, restaurants, two pools and charming neighborhoods. Our room had a spa bathroom with canopy king size bed and tastefully decorated. Bike riding to nearby towns and fantastic restaurants. I would definitely return.

So close to the town square. A concierge is available by phone/text for any questions. We really enjoyed having a beach chair setup with cabana man. Such a perfect place. We will definitely be back.

Enough privacy, and also the team is always there to serve when you need/want something. We had rain one day and an umbrella appeared on our doorstep!The best linens and a comfortable bed - which make a huge difference in a stay! Parking and location right in the heart of seaside - we could walk everywhere. Beach chair setup and bikes. All we had to do was show up! We agreed it was one of our best stays in the area and we plan to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having a accessible vacation rental at Seaside when one uses aWheelchair is wonderful. The bed was not difficult to get into, bars in the bathroom around the commode, a very easy access into the shower were all essential to my stay. The only difficulty was loose gravel upon leaving the courtyard area for wheelchair use. In areas that were tamped down, it was easier. But a small sacrifice for a wonderful time. The cabana boys even helped us get to the beach with my rented beach wheelchair!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect rental for a couple. LOVED the room and decor - so relaxing. Shower was amazing!! We had an outside courtyard sitting area that was so cute. We were 1 street from the downtown square. We were able to park our car and walk everywhere. I will definitely return to this sweet cottage. FYI if you’re looking to stay in Seaside there is mostly rentals versus hotels. As a couple we didn’t need a big house so this was perfect.

Hotel style accommodation in the heart of Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We couldn’t be happier to find a hotel type accommodation right in the heart of Seaside. The Court staff were so friendly and accommodating. Any time we had a question they went out of their way to attend to our questions or needs. We loved having a dedicated parking, beach setups and bikes. However because we were steps away from the circle, we didn’t even need to bike anywhere. We didn’t have a need for a full house or kitchen so the hotel style room was perfect for a couple’s getaway. The Court is also adjacent to Black Bear Bread Company which made grabbing coffee and breakfast so easy (and yummy). We will definitely stay here again.

Bungalow 5 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I were incredibly impressed with the room and how much care went into putting it to together. As a whole the Court experience was great, and Black Bear Bread Company is a great addition to the Seaside breakfast scene. However, we have been coming to see Seaside the last couple of years and this is the first time we've had to consider or security. On a walk home we engaged by a large group of teenagers, one of which, would not let my wife pass and put his hands on my chest when I intervened. We called Seaside security along with local police who were arrived promptly but the group has already gone. On another night we were made aware that police were called on a separate occasion because of a fight that broke out with a large group of teenagers. This sort of behavior would be expected in other areas, but not Seaside. We very much hope this issue is resolved the next time we come. As always, the service and condition of rental was spectacular with Homeowner's Collection.
