Location was perfect - easy walk to pools, beach and town. All appliances worked well. The pool was heated as promised. One thing to know: there are a lot of steps -20 steps from entry floor to main floor, and more then 20 steps from main floor to top floor. The location is steps from the beach, restaurants, candy and ice cream shops. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, silverware, etc. We enjoy the pool on the property as well as the pool in the Watercolor community. It has to be the closest property to the Watercolor beach access. Very easy walk - we did it with 3 toddlers. And you can get chairs the "day of" right on the beach. You don't have to make reservations although it is recommended. The house was clean and comfortable. In great shape too. Lots of sleeping area. We were all very comfortable. The front porch is a nice place to hang out and people/car watch. They have filtered water and say they have water bottles as a gift for everyone, but they have "supply chain issues" and do not have water bottles. SO BRING YOUR OWN because they don't have any at all at the house. Also - the owner was very slow to respond once the property was reserved. I got a little nervous the last couple of days before we left because they weren't responding to give us the property address. I finally sent a desperate and stern message to both husband and wife - and then heard back right away. They were responsive while we were at the house. AND - they heated the pool for our toddlers which was FANTASTIC! Would definitely recommend again! ##### jennifer S.
