Experience resort-style amenities along the Gulf of Mexico, including community pools, a boathouse with kayaks and paddleboards, nature trails, and tennis/pickleball courts. Guests looking for a convenient and carefree vacation will love this home’s location—minutes from Camp WaterColor’s lazy river and slide, the grocery store, and beach! Shiplap walls, hardwood floors, and a coastal color palette welcome guests inside the first-floor great room of this charming home. Sink into the plush corner couch in the living area to relax in front of the 55” Smart TV. The well-appointed kitchen has high-end appliances, a wine cooler, and an open floor plan so the group’s chef doesn’t have to miss a moment of conversation! An elegant wood dining table by the staircase seats 10, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Open the French doors to find an enclosed porch with seating and a wicker dining set for 4 that overlooks a protected wildlife preserve. The house was comfortable and well stocked. My only complaint was that the heating and air conditioning seemed hard to control. It was uneven, and when one part of the house was sweltering, another part would be pretty cool. We adjusted it several times and couldn’t seem to get it right.
