VOLLEYBALL COURT! 2 MIN. WALK TO BEACH! Welcome to "Sea It All" – a 10+ bedroom, 7-bathroom Beach Resort that sleeps 26 people! This home boasts 3 floors with three large living areas for family gatherings, gourmet kitchen, home theater room, full-sized heated (additional charge) swimming pool, sand volleyball court, Gulf views from two of the four expansive decks and balconies and a six-person golf cart. All of this is a short walking distance to Seaside, and just 1.5 short blocks to the beach! Guests do not have access to elevator. We are so happy for you to experience this beautiful, entirely remodeled property. Please allow us to share some information about this special retreat. Design and Floor Layout First Floor (sleeps 10): Upon entering, you will notice the casual comfort of the fun family beach party oriented first floor. There are lots of memories to be made here! There are four bedrooms on this floor – two with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized bed, and a bunkroom with four twin beds. The deluxe furnishings and artwork were selected to compliment the beachy fun, family friendly style of this floor. There are six TV’s on this floor – one 75” TV with surround sound in the living room, three 65” and one 52” TV’s with Sonos soundbars in the bedrooms. This floor also has a wet bar and refrigerator in the living room and a second laundry room. On this floor, you can relax with a game of shuffleboard, watch movies with the kids, play games provided in the living room media center on rainy days or access the resort style backyard complete with a full-size pool and sand volleyball court. While you are outside, please be sure to capture the moment and take a few selfies with Squigly, our Sea It All octopus mascot, mural as the backdrop (selfie mural). And please remember to share #SeaItAll on social media with your friends! Second Floor (sleeps 6): One level up the second floor welcomes you into the elegant, yet cozy hub of the home. The open concept great room on this floor is sure to meet all your gathering and entertainment needs. The gourmet kitchen and dining area can accommodate large gatherings where multiple families can gather in a luxurious setting. The kitchen has double ovens, two dishwashers, microwave, multiple coffee makers, all the kitchen appliances you might need and a large pantry. The artwork on this floor is inspired by glorious local landscapes and architectural wonders designed by some of the world’s finest architects. This floor boasts the iconic “Bongo Suite”, inspired by fellow Austinite and all-around cool dude, Mr. Matthew McConaughey. The king-size bed and lush furnishings are just part of the appeal. The spacious primary bathroom has a large double vanity, jacuzzi tub and large shower and toilet room. Trust us, no one can have a bad time in the Bongo Suite. Alright, Alright, Alright! Like the other floors there is also a four-bunk bunkroom on this floor. Like the other floors, there is a large front balcony with comfortable seating to gaze at the ocean and enjoy the ocean breeze or sunset. Third Floor (sleeps 10-12): Venture up yet another level and the 3rd floor beach spa welcomes you in theatrical style; making way for some swanky lounging and regenerative down time. Here you will find the cushy Media Room paying tribute to the iconic Bad Boys of Summer. Just like the first and second floor, the third floor is decked out with luxurious furnishings, striking artwork, oversized 4K LED televisions and Sonos audio in every room. This floor boasts two primary en-suite bedrooms. The Beach Babes Suite, a welcoming lush adult oasis with a king size bed and lavish furnishings - including a beautifully styled vanity for preparing for unforgettable days and nights and an invitingly comfortable chaise lounge for relaxation and recovery before retiring. There is also the Paul Newman Suite, which is decorated in a relaxed, but sophisticated beach spa style. This suite is also equipped with a king size bed and sophisticated and inviting furnishings. There is also the Scandinavian beach bedroom with a king size bed and connecting bathroom. A four-bunk bunkroom rounds out the accommodations on this floor. The Media room can also double as an eleventh bedroom if needed. It was a trip of a lifetime. There were 26 of us and there was plenty of space for all of us. What a beautiful home! We loved that the girls could have their hang out area but then join us upstairs so we could all be together for meals and games and hanging out on the beautiful porches or poolside. Unfortunately there was an issue with the pool but the manager had it fixed in 2 days. Note you pay extra to have the pool heated (which was definitely needed in March!). Also the owners supplied lots of beach towels. Overall an absolutely wonderful home for a large group with a fantastic location. ##### Joni M. The kitchen was very well supplied with all we needed to heat & serve our Thanksgiving dinner. Three bunk bed rooms are a great arrangement for a family reunion. Appreciated the golf cart. It's essential for a Gulf beach as we ferried kids to the beach and nearby Seaside. The beach was also a short walk and very accessible. November weather was as expected. Wish we could have coordinated pool heating better. The house was modern, clean and well maintained with outstanding linens and beach towels. The home was beautiful and comfortable for our large family reunion. We loved having a pool. The kitchen could have been better equipped to cook for large parties. Knives were dull. Towels were not good quality. The Paul Newman en-suite was tiny. But all in all, the home was in an incredible location. And it had a nice open main area where people could gather. We cooked dinner almost every night. They did have plenty of plates and utensils which was nice. Had a golf cart which everyone loved! Super close access to an incredible beach. We loved it despite some small issues that aren’t a big deal. The air conditioning was perfect and it had 2 washer and dryers that made it convenient to wash clothes. The railing wasn't secured to the wall which led to a fall. Our sheets had small holes in them, and the bed was so uncomfortable that we had to find a massage during our stay. There was a bed on the 3rd floor that was very nice. The bunk beds need new mattresses and bedding also. The pool is nice and the location to walk to the beach was easy. I am still waiting to hear back about a discount as we paid full price and have stayed 5 times in the area and this house was the most beat up. I'm sure it's hard as some renters are probably not worried about treating the house like it was their own - that is what we did. It was our most expensive rental and sadly, our worst sleep. A discount seems fair and reasonable. I wish it could have been resolved before my review. We came to vacation with our 4 children 11 and under. We booked the home for space, location and the private pool. Upon arriving, we had our six suitcases and groceries and noticed the elevator was unusable due to past issues. Taking suitcases, groceries and children up three flights of narrow, steep stairs was a task that wasn’t ideal. As we went up we noticed a strong smell on the second floor which is the main floor with the kitchen. Almost a smell of what could be old pet urine mixed with old frying oil. We knew we couldn’t stay on that floor with the smell so we decided that all of us would sleep on the 3rd floor upstairs. Also, noting how narrow the walkspace from the stairs to the kitchen area was. One small step and you could fall down a flight of stairs. All rooms are much smaller than the pictures depict. Sheets are low quality and a thin blanket on each didn’t bring comfort. The pool was dirty upon arrival and we reached out and they were quick to get someone out the next day. The golf cart with the house was a bonus until we realized we were getting the lowest quality cart in the area. Broke down multiple times. It is in an ideal location to walk to the beach which was important for us with young children and no area to park a car or golf cart nearby. Overall, loved the area but wished throughout that we booked a different house. We couldn’t wait to be back in our clean home! ##### Antoinette P. We started with 6, this year we had 12\. The house was amazing with more than enough room and space for each one of us. The pool was incredibly refreshing especially after a day at the pool. The beach access is very convenient and the pool is a great place to relax. The kids enjoyed the volleyball court. Biking to Seaside was another activity. We had 21 people and plenty of room. We have been coming to this area for many years and have stayed in some really great homes, but Sea It All, really stands out as being one of the best we have ever stayed in. Having 3 levels with bedrooms and living areas was perfect for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and we had some wonderful family dinners at the house. The balconies and back patio were so nice too. The furnishings are top notch and very comfortable. The beach is a very short walk and has great access and wasn’t crowded when we were there in July. The kitchen was stocked to do anything and everything you could dream of if you like to eat in. There was an abundance of beach towels and the pool and volleyball court helped with keeping our teenagers entertained. It is only a short bike ride or golf cart ride to Seaside center, just be careful of taking the golf cart all the way to Watercolor. We had a couple of issues but contacted the property manager who addressed them immediately. The bathrooms are limited with space but it serviced what we needed. All in all a great experience, a super fun location and place to stay. If you have a large group this is the place to be. ##### Jae C. The maintenance guy by the name of (Stretch) came. He apologized for the delay and was awesome. The pool didn’t get clean until early Saturday morning but there was only a few leaves in it and the kids had fun. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place.
