This was a great house in lovely neighborhood so close to the beach and pool. Kitchen layout was a little off and hard to maneuver for the 7 of us, also had less utensils, pans, etc than other places we have rented on 30a. Wish the first floor had screened in porch, sitting outside was lovely but the flies were a bit annoying. Overall a great stay! We never felt cramped. Beds were very comfortable. I would say the floor needs a good deep cleaning. We got that house specifically because it was close to the Beach but ended up having to walk far every day anyways because the umbrella beach service takes up all of the beach line. Other than that, the house was nice. I would recommend cable tv for the whole house. The only tv getting local regular channels was in the family room.
