We're in the western end of 30A where the neighborhood provides easy access to the amazing restaurants and unique boutique shopping in Gulf Place. Plus, scenic bike and foot paths, as well as some of the most beautiful golf courses the Gulf Coast has to offer. Easy access to Highway 98 allows you to explore nearby Destin or Panama City Beach, as well as proximity to the Northeast Florida Beaches International airport. Other things to note: \- Parking is available in the driveway for 2 vehicles. There is no street parking available. \- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots. \- Minimum age to rent the home is 25. \- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this. \- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Very close to beach access, good size house for a family. Only complaint is it is not a 4 bedroom. It is a 3 bedroom with a number in a living area upstairs. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing home, plenty of space with loved ones and break from them as well, this beauty delivers. Every room with a comfy king bed and your own bathroom, outside TV and living area, huge living room, and table to seat our family of 7\. The bikes and golf cart further complimented this already gorgeous beach home. The communication and support were amazing. This was our 1st time having some concerns come about, but everything was handled quickly and resolved. We love Charming Way and can’t wait to stay again! You’ve far exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary items. Used the grill every night and it worked great. Washer and dryer were very convenient. Lots of beach towels. Hand soap, body lotion and shampoo and conditioner were provided. Nice touch. Golf cart was a bonus, lots of bike but we did not have time to use. Management company and maintenance guy Gary were very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions. Very short walk to pool and beach.
